Spartan Race is a series of obstacle races of varying distance and difficulty ranging from 3 miles to marathon distances. ShotSled® is specifically designed for combat sport athletes (wrestlers/MMA) to enhance their takedowns. ShotSled® athletes can train solo or with a partner to offer more resistance. Tandem use allows a partner to stand on the back and weigh the sled down – which forces the athlete to use more power and penetration to move the sled across the mat. For smaller athletes, ShotSled® can be used alone. Partners of all different sizes can be added to ShotSled® as long as they’re available!
